In this podcast interview, Dave Skattum and Dr. Fuhrman talk about nutrient-dense foods: what they are and how they help with:
- Building super immunity
- Sustainable weight loss
- Reversing heart disease
- Reversing diabetes
Skattum said, “My health revolution started when I began to understand how the food I ate affected the health of my body. Dr. Fuhrman’s books, lectures and seminars were the keys that gave me that understanding. His scientific and logical approach to nutrition changed my life.”
In the interview, Dr. Fuhrman said: “Some people may think that they would rather just be dead than have to eat healthy . . . But the beauty of the Nutritarian approach is that, after time, they love this way of eating just as much as their old diet or more. But now they have the intellectual and emotional contentment of knowing they’re doing the right thing for their body and feeling great physically.”
